Enjoy free shipping through local delivery services. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Worldwide
We ship internationally with DHL Express at a flat rate of €19, with delivery in approximately 5–7 business days.
Orders Over €299
Enjoy free worldwide shipping via DHL Express on all orders over €299. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We ship from both Bangkok, Thailand, and Copenhagen, Denmark, depending on item availability. Some pieces may be sent directly from our Bangkok studio to ensure timely delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Customs & Import Fees
If you're ordering from outside Thailand or Denmark, please note that import taxes or customs fees may apply.
Occasionally, customs inspections can cause delays — we appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for any delays or lost packages during transit — but we’re always happy to assist in tracking and resolving any issues that may arise.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please email hello@knitpartners.com with your order number and reason for return within the 14-days.

Use a tracked and signed-for service for your return — customers are responsible for return shipping and any related customs fees.
Refunds
A €10 processing fee will be deducted to cover Stripe's non-refundable transaction charges.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.
International Orders (Outside Thailand & Denmark)
All international sales are final due to shipping and customs policies.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us — we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or exchange to make things right.
