We ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand and Copenhagen, Denmark using a tracked and signed-for service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Free shipping within 3–5 working days

Europe 
• Delivery within 7–10 working days -Flat rate shipping: €10

• Shipped via DHL Express : Flat rate: €19 (3–5 working days)

Rest of the World
• Shipped via DHL Express : Flat rate: €19 (3–5 working days)

All Orders
• Free DHL Express shipping on orders over €299 – automatically applied at checkout

Return & Exchanges

Important Notes

• For deliveries outside Thailand or Europe, customers may be responsible for import taxes or customs fees.
• Cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs, which could lead to delays.
• Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.

Returns – Thailand & Denmark

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Email hello@knitpartners.com with your order number and reason for return within the return period.

Please use a tracked and signed-for service to return items to the address provided on your parcel.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges on exchanged items.

International Orders (Outside Thailand )

All sales are final.
Returns are not accepted, except in the case of defective items.

If you receive a faulty product, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.
