– Use a gentle, non-bio detergent suitable for wool or delicates. A mild conditioner can help preserve softness.

– Do not wring. Gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight. Never hang while wet.

– Occasional hand washing helps maintain the knit’s structure and encourages any surface pilling to release naturally.

– As a natural fibre, wool benefits from gentle care—much like hair—helping to preserve its softness and natural lustre.

Items may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
